We'll ask you for some basic info about your company, then proceed to screening. An interview will be scheduled if the company passes the screening phase. EU2JP Green is offered only to EU-based SMEs active in the Green Technologies sector.
Your company must be an EU-based SME
• Less than 250 employees
• Turnover not exceding € 50 million OR Balance sheet total not exceeding € 43 million
• Numbers must include your group or mother company, if any.
• Your headquarters must be located in one of the EU member states.

A background check will be conducted by the EU-Japan Centre for all applications.

EU-Japan Centre Data Retention Policy
The EU-Japan Centre will store this form's submission on its servers, with all its attachments, for the sole purpose of evaluating your application. The data will be discarded if your application is rejected.
If your application is approved, the data will be kept and used to create your profile on the platform. This profile page will stay online indefinitely unless you ask us to take it down, or if the platform is discontinued.
This form's submission will further be kept 5 years, in case of a future site migration or redeployment.
Before reaching our servers, the data is stored on Jotform's servers. This data is automatically deleted after 90 days.
The data will never be used commercially or beyond the scope of theplayform. It won't be added to third party's databases.
